I have recently been treated horribly by a staff member of a pizza place. I called in a delivery order for a pizza (giving my name, address, and credit card number), then I got a call back 15 minutes later by the person that took my order, who said that they will not deliver to me b/c "I" called repeatedly and harrassed them. She continued by cursing at me. I went to the restaraunt to request copies of my address and credit card information, and was greeted by incredibly rude, accusational behavior. The only reason they believe I am to blame is because I am the last person that called and I apparently sound like the harrasser (the harrasser had callerID blocked).

All I want is an apology. Owner refuses to fix the situation, despite my sumbission of a letter with phone records attached, proving that I made no harrassing calls. They refuse to force her to apologize. Therefore, I am launching an anti-Pizza Place campaign, w/ newspaper ads, flyers, and human rights grievances.

=print fliers from your computer telling this story and place them on windshields at the mall and grocery stores. You could also picket outside the store but you may need a permit.

t's amazing how they don't understand this, especially if you can prove that you were not the same person. I've been there.

It sounds like the manager needs to rethink his position. I'd send a letter to the regional office instead, POLITELY explaining your situation. If you get nasty in the letter they most likely will ignore you, but if you present the facts and put the emotions aside, you should get some results.

If I were you, I would NOT do the publicity you are threatening to do. It only makes you look vindictive in the long run. And it also would make you look like you are as bad as the harrasser. Pissing contests only make the customer look immature.

1st.....GROW THE F UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

no wonder they cussed at you, etc. I use to run and operate a chain of pizza shops and if a customer acted like you did, I'd refuse service to you too.

You forget.....they are a private business....they can refuse service to anyone they choose and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. Its not a public company nor pizza shop...its PRIVATE.

Its a privilege to order food from there...and sounds like you wore that privilege out.

To start some campaign against them will only make you look like the town fool and be a waste of your money. And be a huge mistake if the owner of the pizza shop decides to press slander charges on you for this action. Last I checked that can award him upwards of over $500,000 right off the bat for loss of reputation in the community, loss of business, etc.

Grow up, mature some and find a new pizza shop. You might want to go talk to a Dr. about getting on Prozac or Luvox as well as it seems you are way too uptight to take something like a pizza to this level.

You have the issues....not the pizza shop.

Best drop it. The campaign you are thinking of launching
will do nothing but prove to them (and everybody else) that they were right in the first place!

I can understand your plight but move on or order a load of stuff that cannot be resold easily with a bogus cc number and don't pick it up. But you seem like a guy with a lot of grief about people.
Maybe you are antisocial or something.

But if I get thumbs down you know my revenge plan is good.

Get a life... leave them alone...if they are a crappy business the will eventually loose all their customers and go out of business .. do you so little to do that you are going to "start a campaign" to put them out of business??
