Sompeople said after we donate our blood we will get bigger or some will get thinner. Therefore, I would like to know what else will happen to us after we get our blood donate. Any diseases?

No. There are superstitous beliefs and if you adhere to them, well then that's what you do and so it goes. You will not get diseases from donating blood. It will not affect your size in any way. If you get fatter or thiner after donating blood, it is for other reasons and has no relationship.

nothing bad happens when you donate blood. the worst thing that could happen is that you get light headed right after. you will not lose or gain any weight from it

nope, u r not gonna hav any sort of diseases.
its absolutely fine 2 donate blood...and dont worry about the loss of blood coz the donated blood is replenished each day... about 12 million reds blood corpuscles are produced in the bone marrow per day....
so, nothing to worry about.
