Is this equal rights? Why should men be allowed to be topless, but not women?

No, I think it should be allowed. I mean, god gave us both what we have and if an individual wishes to show, then why the hell not!
The only reservation I would have is that most males are not psychologically mature enough, and would probably not be fully in control. After a while though, everyone would get used to it and it would become a normal thing. It is, in many parts of the world already!

The only thing I'd be concerned with is the safety issues for the women and of being harassed or in danger. God forbid anything happens to her because it may appear she was "asking for it" by displaying her body, making men think they can have her sexually. Men have a difficult enough time controlling themselves and their hormones without adding women flashing their t!ts out!!

Man can be topless to walk around for it wont attract so many danger, if female were to go topless, LET ME KNOW !!! well... it would probably endangered others, for guys might be so busy watching, they might forget to watch the road! lol

I have always thought it was strange too. I am not a very "well-endowed" women and it would be illegal for me to go outside without a top on. However, there are men with 'man boobs' bigger than mine and they can walk around topless.
