Currently, for this season it is the Outside Linebacker Cato June who has a total of 73 (41 solo + 32 assists). However, please note that tackles are NOT an official NFL statistic and are recorded as "best possible" by the crew assigned to each game - a good example is that the number I have listed for June are different as what the Colts are reporting and what the NFL is reporting (the league says he has 68 with 48 being solo and 20 assists). For career Colts numbers, as listed by eNFL, the record belongs to Idrees Bashir with 231 total during his tenure from 2001-4.
