Right now I love the kettle cooked chips made from white, blue and sweet potatoes. The flavor of the sea salt on these babies keep me holding the bag! Rib Crib has a decent potatoe skin, but I like to do my own: bacon, onions, cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc. It's a great meal! Thank for asking!
