I am assuming that you are asking in general about the various specialisation and domain they can go into:
MBA (IT and Systems) - Exclusively for Software Engg who want to get into management like Business Analyst, Consultants etc;
MBA (HR) - can get into Human Resource, Payroll, Pre recruitment or post recruitment activities, training and development etc;
MBA (Marketing) - Only for people who want to get into marketing field.
MBA (Finance) - for people who want to specialise as Payroll executive, employee appraisal and other accounts related fields.

m.b.a systems is most preferable subject. next choice is if u are having communication and convincing skills u can select mba marketing with ur it back ground. if u like only office work not travel u can select mba finance so that u can join in any banks . u have opportunity to get postings abroad also. in the processi of globalization i.t people with mba qualification are getting good opportunities. good luck.

The MBA is now a very extensive and diverse degree, encompassing several areas.
You have options of choosing from a number of areas for specialization: Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, Management, eCommerce, IT. Of course, it depends which institution you attend and what electives they offer. Most of the computer-related specializations are relatively new additions, and you may need to search around for the institute of choice.
