Aleeseeah, but the spelling is horribly annoying...Why not just Alicia? Oh - are you just spelling these phonetically?

I have alot of friends named Alicia, they always try to change the pronunciation to aleeeseeeah, but it seems no one ever likes to say it, it doesn't flow that well, so they end up keeping it aleesha.

Both, really. Aleeeseeah is usually heard in Latin cultures. Aleeshah is american.
