The Meaning of "Rollaway Resident"?

I come across this term in an advertisement of Apartment for Lease in the USA, indicating that rollaway resident would be charged for an extra rent of $500. Could anyone tell me what it means?

I believe that is... there is a regular charge for the room which will include either one bed or two beds. If you want an extra bed that is generally on wheels(roll-away) it would cost extra

If you add a resident to the lease (perhaps in a rollaway bed!) you will be charged extra.
