I think that in order to get rid of something u should confront it. Good back to whatever ur running from.. u should really analyze what has happened and then try to figure y those things happened. Once u confront this then u will find the strength to move on. I mean ur past is always going to be there but u have to learn how to dealwith whatever happened, learn from it and it'll make u stronger. And defenitly pray!! God will always find a way :D

1. Have you considered yoga? Try a variety of styles and instructors until you find the right one for you. At the end of most yoga practices, there is a final relaxation which helps to refresh the body and mind. Meditation also helps to clear the mind. I think yoga can be as helpful (if not more so) than therapy.... the yoga community in my area is really cool!
2) Try the book, "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.
3) You are doing the right thing by asking around.
We need to open our minds before a major shift in thinking can take place.
Best wishes to you in your pursuit. Keep seeking until you find what you need -- don't give up :)

Usually if you have issues that keep popping up in your life then you have to realize that they are unresolved. Even though it is in your past you are still living in your past. One way is to write down on a piece of paper all of your issues and your history. Then do some kind of ceremonial burning of the paper and when you do tell yourself it is over and make yourself never think about it again. Then you will have closure.

oh dear, what have you done?

Two ways.

Firstly, deal with it.

Secondly, move away from it.

If you deal with it, it will go away slowly, but is probably the best way to do it.

If you move, it's gone, except from your head.

I suggest you deal with it, and learn from it.

Good luck mate.

In the words of a famous actress..

"just put your lips together, and blow."

********************************************

Meaning: Blow it off, because the future is waiting for you, and the present is all we have right now.

Life in the moment, and enjoy.
