just meditate .close ur eye and think of god ot the beautiful thin that u had seen.it calm ur breathing rate as well as ur maind

Prayer works very well. Especially praying for other people in your life. It helps you really think and slows everything down. Praying for peace in your life has a tremendous effect and you usually get the peace that you pray for.

I don't know if you are spiritual or not, nor am I a doctor of any kind, but I would suggest prayer or meditation. If you have many task throughout the day, organize yourself so that you are not so stressed. Just a suggestion.

Try closing your eyes, and listening to Mozart's "Piano Concerto No. 21 in C (II. Andante)."

Focus on FEELING the music, instead of hearing the music.

Yoga if your man enough:) Meditation also worked for me.
