for make up, yes. but for hair & skin care, its need a several times to make much different.

Some people were born pretty with clear clean low maintenance skin that actually glow after a shower.
Others can get away with a Pond's or Dove or Nivea treatment.
But there are other girls who need to pamper their skin with expensive beauty products. L'Oreal or the higher end products.
But yes..beauty products do make a difference.
