Hi. I just have a question, in hopes of someone that might have experienced this can answer.

About 2 or 2 and 1/2 months ago I started to experience this wierd, almost like presure feeling on the back of my head (left side) almost by my neck sometimes it feels like even further up, it just depends. It dosen't hurt, its just an annoying feeling like when I lay down to watch t.v on my left side and my head is on the pillow I often find I need to switch sides just to stop the annoyance. I went to my doctor with the concern of a tumour, and he felt around and I told him about my symptoms, and he never said anything, except for my neck muscles felt a bit tight. I have no other symtoms aside from what I have explained.

I was just wondering if anyone would have any idea what could be going on like if it could be a pinched nerve or something like that..Thanks.

It might be a pinched nerve since it goes away if you change positions. I have one in my back, gives me pain or pressure in my legs, but when i move around it relieves it a bit. Since its in your head, i would definitely go back to your doctor, or ask to see someone else. You can never be too careful when it comes to your head!

Muscles could make you consider that method. Here is how you'll liberate them with the intention to do away with the ones pains: For your neck: location your hand along your head and push your thumb in underneath your ear and location it at the muscle there. Get a second opinion from a doctor.
It could be eye problems, and stress related, or a problem with the right side of your brain. Seriously you need to go to a Doctor and tell them the symptoms have not gone.
