GO to google search and look for Cnet,or zdnet.or freeware and just look for AVG,and install it It's free also you can use ccleaner to remove coockies which is also free.

No you can't at all, yahoo's pc antivirus are for attachment of files into e-mail and other purposes. you wouldn't get it from there.
