you DON'T. If indeed your drive is a DVD-ROM as you say - that ROM = Read-Only Memory - no write - you can't burn with a reader. those programs will allow you to write to your hard drive - but you will not be able to burn them to DVD-R/+R, etc, until you replace that ROM w/ a DVD+-R/RW burner

you have a DVD-ROMchronic ROM= study basically memory. Yuu can basically study from this sort ofchronic you % a DVD-RWchronic RW- Rewritable you could study and write with thischronic, mean you could burn dvd's. so a methods because it no longer examining DVD-R disks, no longer all drives will study them, reckoning on how previous they're. because of the fact which you have a computing device, its prob not extra setting up one internally, you may get an externalchronic for about $50-one hundred, runs off USB a wall outlet, or you may get ones now that in basic terms use USB, yet they gained't burn as speedy.

You need to have a DVD drive that is capable of burning DVDs in your computer, not just a CD drive. It's not just different programs, its different hardware.
