When it comes to rock music, do you......?

prefer bands like The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith, or bands like Pink Floyd and Queensryche?

Also, if you have heard Queensryche's Operation Mindcrime 2, what did you think of it? How does it compare to Operation Mindcrime?

But if i do prefer to choose than i will choose the mighty Pink Floyd and Queensryche.

Yup i have heard mindcrime 2, and this what i think :
1. The artwork for cover is not very good, i love their first one.
2. For musical matter, i am still the big fans for their first.
3. Their music get poppy in this album.
So i choose the operation mindcrime than mindcrime 2.

Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, The Who, Jerry Garcia of Grateful Dead, Jethro Tull, I grew up on a variety of music from the 70's and as well as Aerosmith & Police rock but very popish incomparasin to Metallica, Ozzy, and ACDC, Some of the most electrifying sounds I appreciate thanks to my father were from Wood Stock, greats like Robert Plant's Led Zepplin, Carlos Santana, Stanley Jordan, Jose Feliciano, James Taylor, Jim Croce, Eagles, Bread, Hendrix was way ahead of his time early albums of Queensryches I listened to when Ratt & Scorpians were popular but since fell off the earth like Def Leppard
I have not heard the Operation Mindcrime 2 album but open to all types of music I will check it out soon

From those choices I prefer Pink Floyd, don't mind the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith are pretty average and I've never heard of Queensryche. But over all I prefer Radiohead and Smashing Pumpkins when it comes to rock or alt. rock. I despise the uprising of all these shite new pseudo-punk bands that all sound the same with their weak sound and nasal voices, oh and don't get me started on Nickelback... ugh.

Early Pink Floyd, 1968-1972

Best years in my opinion. I also like their heyday years, Animals and Wish You Were Here, but I think that those early years just hold a special place in my heart.
