I received a notice from these people due to an "anonymous" individual who reported my vehicle for emitting excessive smoke. Puh-lease. This is Los Angeles, you think by reporting my little BMW is going to save the World!!!! Who are these people? And don't they have better things to do?

BTW, it was 8 in the morning, it was cold, my engine was warm from a new oil change, and it was naturally burning oil. I just find it amusing, that with all the scum in this city, these people think that with ridding my car from that days "excessive smoke", will help better rid the world of cancer???!!!!

Get a life! And kiss my @$$

Thank you!

I am surprised. I thought DMV regulated smog emissions in cars and the AQMD regulated smog emissions from businesses. DMV is supposed to check by having you get a smog test every few years when you register your car. I guess either I am missing something or you will probably be able to use that AQMD notice as a bookmark.

It's your neighbor who reported you. Go fix your car.
