This feeling is what we called in love but not love. You like the person and he brightens up your day but you don't want to settle down with him/her yet. Which means you don't have a kind of strong bond established between the two of you. Hence this feeling is called "in love".

I think most people are in too big of a rush to "commit." I think the feeling you are describing, is "like." Which is a great beginning to a friendship.. So don't rush it, just hang out, enjoy each others company and if it grows into something more, you're blessed. And if it just stays as a "like" then your blessed too..
Let it grow, slowly.. and what will be, will be... ok..? You don't have to label it, just live it.

maybe its a start to something more... not everyone is ready for that kind of commitment (marriage). I know Im not, but that doesn't mean you can't meet someone who would fit the spot later right? As for labeling the feeling, what does your heart tell you? Love, friendship... thats up to you

It can be love. I have loved a few in my time, but not wanted to marry them, mostly because I was not ready, or they were not ready.
Absent of love, perhaps it is simply romance?

Maybe it is lust. Not quite love but more than a crush.
