you need to tell someone...have you tried talking to her?? i would try talking to her and tell her what your concerned about...and tell her that you're going to have to tell an adult if she keeps it up...if and when you do tell she will be mad, but if she is your true friend she'll stay mad for a little bit and then realize that you only did it because you cared and you can go on being frineds...if not then she just stays mad....but either way...you were doing the right thing...it's better to tell and possibly save her life and not be friends than to keep your mouth shut and regret not telling someone when something irreversible happens...

Should you tell who? Her parents? Not knowing how old the two of you are, I'm going to take a guess. If she's an adult, she's responsible for her own health. You can talk to her, but don't expect her to listen.
If she's still a minor and living with her parents, tell them. If she gets mad at you, she gets mad at you. I'd rather have a live, healthy friend who was angry with me than keep the peace and have a dead one.

I think you should have a talk with her and tell her how you feel. She is your bestfriend and she will appreciate the fact that you care so much about her. Tell her that you will help her with a more healthy weight loss plan. Remind her that you care and everything should be ok. Good luck and God bless.

Yes, tell her parents because her life is at stake.
If she gets mad at you, that's her problem, not yours. She may realize in time that you had her best interest at heart and may stop being mad at you.

You can offer your opinion, certainly. And perhaps you should. Unless they are prescribed diet pills, she should consult a doctor before taking anything that can effect her physically.

if she's really your friend you should be able to voice your concerns...but if you want to keep her as a friend try to be concise about it...
