I had some Guinea pig on a brief stay in Ecuador, and it was so tasty i want my wife and kids to try it. I'm thinking bbq would be easiest.

Could try a nice hasenpfeffer recipe, just substitute with the guinea pig. So at what point are you gonna tell them they're eating Flopsy the guinea pig? lol.........

I'd think again, some pets have been given food and medicine that is not fit for human consumption. Unless you raise it from a baby, and that's not fair to your kids.

If you enjoyed it that much you should have stayed in Ecuador. It is illegal and not approved by the FDA in the United States. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits...

marinade it and roast it as how you do it with chicken. For ganishing, put an apple in its mouth since its a pig...

I've heard they like human toes and fingers...why not cut a few of your off and sautee them for the cutie???? Thanks for taking such good care of your pets!
