house problem = need advise
refusing = need to be independent, make your own decision
Uncle = help conscience, support
food to eat = distraction, comfort
Dreaming of seeing your deceased father is a way of remembering him subconsciously. In your case, you may be very dependent on someone, it could be your father or someone else. Your father may just be a symbol of support you are trying to seek. However, the appearance of your uncle is trying to tell you from your conscience that you need to be independent somehow. You are struggling when it comes to decision making. You want to have second advice like your father or respected individual However, your uncle is like your support of your own. Somehow you need to listen to your uncle, meaning you have to make your own decision. House problem is an example of help you need from.
Eating food symbolizes support you got but you feel bad because after eating, you realize that you will have to do everything and that is why you get upset about your uncle. That symbolizes a little about your helpless conscience. You want to be helped but couldn't get exactly what you want in life. You vent this all all in dream

Ok. Here's my interpretation. First, an assumption. I would guess that your father used to give you lots of advice. The problem with the house is one that is bothering you and you would like his advice on it now - thus the reason for the dream.
You know that in real life you can't discuss the house problem with him and this comes out in your dream when he "refuses" to talk to you. In real life, the communication just isn't possible. So, instead, in the dream he gives you food from him for you to consume. That is, he is instead giving you something of himself to put inside you. Analogies need to be made here. The food represent what he has taught you from his advice in the past. So, the message from the dream is, you can't get the advice from your father right now, so you should use what he has given you in the past and is inside of you now - that is, the lessons he taught you in the past. These "lessons" are represented by the food.
Hmmm... you know, if I spend more time constructing the explanation, it would be very convincing.

like a little girl who cries and daddy hands her a lollipop or buys the little girl ice cream, the food was a comfort ... once you have eated the food were you satisfied? no... because its not the food you wanted it was your father you needed, growning up girls trust their dad more than any other man in their life, we expect him to be there for us. As for the house problem, the house represents you... either an issue mentally or phyiscally, what is bothering you? What makes you want to speak with your dad? The uncle spoke up for you dad could not. In your dream you are turning towards a male figure? Is this a problem with a another male figure that you seek advise of a male you trusted?

I had the same problem before. My father used to call me on a white phone in my dreams( he's died). After the first few times I felt the pain of losing him. so I stopped answering the phone. since then I tried to get him to call but to no avel. I think it is because i have learned to deal with the pain and move on so he knows i can stand for myself now.

I think your father represents your childhood, his love and care for you. His refusing to help you represents the "tough love" reality of you now being responsible for yourself. I think your uncle is a helpful vehicle between your father (your childhood) and reality (adulthood), and that the food your father left you represent the things he left you, including love.
something like that, anyway.
