I would go for the Samsung for two major reasons:
**GSM RAZRs have a lot of known defects. Included are dropped calls, a buzzing sound, and dust under the screen.
** The Samsung phone is newer and more unusual. Who wants to carry a phone that everyone else already has?

I'd go for the T629, then the T509, and in last place the RAZR

go with the samsung, its better, get the razr if u wanna hav a flip, there both good though, the razr isnt that good, i hav a verizon, although u can bluetooth ringer and pics
