Equality???
eqaulity does not necessarily mean that everyone should be treated the same. Explain this statement

equality does mean that everyone sould be treated the same. The only explanation I can give that sentence is this. Someone in prison should not be treated the same as me. That is, I am free, and the prisoner is not. Or for someone who thinks that minorities need to have preferential treatment, that is a statement they would make. I hope this helped.

Equality is when everyone has the same right to pursue happiness. It does not mean they should be granted things they have not earned. It means they will gain or lose based on their merit.... just like anyone else.

If you treat one person differently to another then you do not have eqality. It does not depend on the degreeof difference. It's a bit like saying someone is only a bit pregnant.
