You just need to apply a flame to the hydrogen in the presence of the oxygen. It will work like a charm. One excellent way to do this would be to run them through an internal combustion engine powering your car, with the only emission being water. BMW has a car with this type of engine coming out next spring.

You can't combine elements by yourself. This happened about 300 billion years ago when the earth was formed and cannot be undone or done by yourself. However, a high tech laboratory could do it. But it is impossible to be done in your house.

i would suppose so try putting flames with it (works on iron to make rust) but what i don't know is how 2 gases make a liquid.
