* Post-traumatic stress disorder
Generalized anxiety disorder
People who worry excessively.
Panic disorder
People who constantly worry about having a panic attack, after they have experienced one or more.
Agoraphobia
People who are fearful of not being able to escape, when desired.
Phobias
Irrational state of fear, that cause one to react in ways that are excessive or unreasonable.
Social anxiety disorder
Fear of public humiliation, or scrutiny.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder
Repetitive actions that a person feels are senseless, yet they feel forced, or compelled, to do anyway.
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Traumatic experiences, that may cause one to have flashbacks, or vivid memories of the experience.

For instance, if one has a phobia of germs, they may go to the extreme to make sure they are clean; such as, using bleach to wash their hands.
However, one who is an obsessive-complusive type, may feel compelled to repeat certain behaviors in an effort to be clean; such as, wash their hands repeatedly, or always putting on gloves when touching door knobs, etc...

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway
