Movie trivia?

I saw the movie in question on the Independent Channel about 4 years ago. U2 band members had a cameo in the movie as bystanders/onlookers. Main character was this guy in his 20's-30's. Had this girlfriend for a long time. They broke up, he has mixed feelings or whatever. Meets a new girl, they get married the same night they meet. He gets outta that situation somehow and longs for his old GF back but she's hooked up with this older artist dude. Somewhere in the movie they all converge at a U2 concert. What is this movie?
