Do you think moveis have set a standard on what love is supposed to be?

I think movies set an unreachable expectation of what love should be. But I guess if love in reality was like love in the movies, it would just be entirely too easy. Movie love gives you something to dream about or fantasize about. I guess we're suppossed to be able to tell the difference.

I believe they have. I always compare our conversations at home with the one from the movies. I also compare mother & daughter relationships, husband & wife, neighbours etc., etc., clothes, make up, the way people from the movies look when they wake up in the morning - everything is so different & unrealistic.

No, love is crazy. Can't be a standardized method/operation. It's what you make it and how you choose to express it.
