Listen - 14 days after the first day of your period assuming that you have normal 28 day cycles - 14 days and the 2 days preceeding and after - you should not have sex if you don't want to get pregnant. That is called the rythym method - it's unreliable since your body can have an off month where your ovulation does not go as calculated. If you can't achieve self control - at least get birth control.

no usually you will not ovulate until 10-14 days after your period. but you should always use a condom. How old are you anyways? it seems like you are a little to young to be having sex. Oh and incase you did not know, ovulate means the time that an egg is released into the uterus to become pregnant.

You need to talk to you Parents (at least Mom) and your doctor. You can sometimes have a period, while you are pregnant. Most of the time, having your period means you are NOT. You sound like you are too young to be having sex, and are in need of some real parental advise or conversations, at the very least!

you should go and get an E.P.T test and pee on the stick., it will have your answer. I had a period while I was in the begin of my pregnancy and so did some of my friends. The best thing for you to do is get the test.
