How would a rapist pressure someone if he is convicted of the crime and in prison for the offense, the reason being he also could be charged with obstruction, witness intimidation and a hole slue of other offenses if he continued to peruse her at all and if he is not in jail run hide and vanish!

No, a fetus would hold evidence. So would a zygote. The fact that you waited would hold against you if the rapist is also a minor.

BTW, I had my child at 26 wks. Children can survive even younger than that. Have seen it myself.
