Okay there is more than one movie with this song in the movie but the one I'm looking for there is at least one guy dancing in it while the song is playing. It's like a funny dance kind of like a strip. I don't know any more than that. So just start naming off movies that have that song it. The beginning of the song goes. It's crimanal, there out to be a law. The Chorus is " If you want blood. you got it. Blood on the streets...etc... But please just leave the name of the movie. It's been at the back of my brain for a few hours and it's driving me crazy.

I don't know if this is the movie you are looking for, but that song does appear in a great film called "Empire Records."
