Usually, a player has to play 5 games in the same position in order to qualify at that position. Howard hasn't play the minimum to play at Center yet, but after the 5th game, he will get his eligibility.

fantasy nba is not like fantasy mlb, there's no time frame for a player to earn elig at a new position...so what the other guy said is wrong...in baseball you can start 5 times or play in a spot for a total of 10 times to automatically gain elig...in nba it's up to the data provider that gives Y! the stats and scores...you can email Y! and they will forward the message to the provider but Y! has no say in the matter, they just make suggestions....it's up the provider to stay on top of the player elig....
