ok i've been married almost 1 year and been with my husband for 2+ yrs and we had got into yhis realy big fight and latter on i ended up telling my ex i had feelings for him, than i tried coving it up . but i don't and never did i think i was doing it to get someones attention because i havent been getting enough from my husband. So he found out ABOUT IT AND IS REALY STRESSED OUT and will never trust me again and i so understand that . I didnt mean it when i told my ex those things i was upset. How can i make things between me and my husband so un awquard?

you need to acknowledge your husbands hurt, and need to know it will be awhile before he can trust u again. show him by your actions you are sorry, by being a person he can trust. learn how to argue, without attacking the other person. it will be strange for awhile, he needs time to think and to get over the hurt, so he won't be himself for awhile.

Well you did all the talking, now you pay the price, never to be trusted is not a good plan in a marriage, to bad you didn't think be for you told all

Stop all contact with ex and let your husband be the one to end it. It will boost his confidence in you.

You just need to talk to him, thats what i have figured out from my marriage, its all abt open communication. Its difficult, and hopefully ur hubby is understanding.
