I think out of the three, Peter would be the most stupid out of the three. Second would be Fry and third would be Hormer, because he show some signs of being smart. Fry is missing some parts of his brain, but this is because he is the saviour of the future world and he had to be dumb to save it, so Peter would have to be the dumbest because he has never shown any sign of being smart.

I guess the person asking the question is because i don't think stupider is even a word, However I would probably have to say it is a close call between Homer and Peter, But I love Family Guy better so I would have to say that Peter wins, simply because Homer at least realizes that he does some wrong, Peter is just plain out retarded more times than none.
