Sounds like this could easily turn into a dangerous situation or one where you are uncomfortable with the result. Did this guy show you any credentials? How do you know that he represents a modeling agency? Will you be in a public space when you are modeling or will it be private?

If everything checks out and you want to see what it's like, then I'd say give it a try and if you don't like it or its a big hassle or something, drop it and move on.

That is quite a dilema. Did he discuss any contract details? It is odd that they are requiring an interview if they approached you. Have you spoken to a proffessional in this field such as a well renowned modelling agency? Have you entered any contract by him giving you a 50% discount?
You may want to find out what his motives are.
Ask around about him.

Don't take it to heart. This may be a scam or a trick. If I were you, I would check into this to make sure that this is for real. Problem is you already gave them your personal information. You should be really careful about this. If situations seems too real to be true, chances are it is. So, I'd be careful.

If he calls check it out see if it is legit take a friend along just in case. If all else fails at least you got a great discount right.

Don't quit the first job.

Try the modelling and see if it is a legitimate job and whether you like it. Many modelling jobs are not as legitimate as they may first seem.

If you like it more than the first job, quit the first job.

That sounds awesome but I am always reluctant. Make sure that it's for real. For me it would depend on how much money you would get and how much of a discount.
