Saddam guilty ? Justice in the middle east ?

Well the decision handed down today, was that Saddam was found guilty of murdering some 120 innocent people, after an assasination attempt on his life in that area....? The court is suggesting a 'death penality'?

Well where are all the Christians in America, and the religious right that believes that 'thou shalt not kill" ?

Anyway, while we are on the subject of 'innocent people' being killed in the middle east, it is reported that some 200,000 to 400,000 innocent Iraqi's have been killed by the decision to invade that country because Saddam was suppose to have had 'weapons of mass destruction.

Is anyone going to be put on trial for the death of those hundreds of thousands of lives, not to mention the billions in destruction to property.

Imagine if they hang a person for killing a 120 people what the sentence should be for killing hundreds of thousands ?

Where is the real justice and compassion ?

This is what you have to ask...

is it really justice?

bush invaded Iraq and he did it for the reason of "searching weapons of WMD'S"

knowing full well that he would kill more than 120 innocent people...

while saddam did it to "keep the peace"

so bush did it out of paranoia...and saddam, to make sure his country is in good order.

So, it makes sense that bush would be tried with the same thing...of death.

but no--it only saddam is..so basicaly, it just shows that the victor wins, justice aside.

or maybe not. I just kinda put that down, I actually don't know saddam's reasons. He may/ or may not deserve that charge. And no, Bush does not deserve the death penalty..I havem y reasons but I amg etting lazy of typing more.

Well, I think Saddam is guilty of killing people in his own country. Perhaps many more than he's sentenced for right now.
I agree with much you say though. I think the leaders of the countries who invaded Iraq are war criminals, those who condoned the invasion perhaps in smaller measure.
I'm against death penalty, because that doesn't solve anything. Apart from getting rid of a person, who may (or may not!) be guilty of a crime. Is murdering stopped in the USA states where they still have the death penalty? Are we sure there never is a judicial error?

This is what happens when the fourth biggest army in the world picks a fight with the world's superpower. You people are only good at videotaping and proudly displaying your own brutality and dumb animal cruelty.

Personally now that the good people of Iraq have shown that only an iron fisted dictator can control them. I think we should give Saddam his country back as long as he promises to be a good boy and obey his treaties.

replaced into Sadam somewhat to blame for killing a hundred and twenty unusual adult males remains a query? replaced into the direction a user-friendly one only yet another question?.. is this Justice yet another question? None are particular appropriate to the solutions for those question.. yet for particular everyone is familiar with that 6 Hundred Thousand Inocent human beings have been killed via the war it somewhat is actual Geonocide.. can we take care of this? can we actually punish an unquestionably criminal?
