are you using i-tunes? If so, really easy. If not...I don't know.
All you have to do is know where your computer is storing the files. Then go to itunes, hit add file to library. Then the little window will pop up. Find the song, double click. Go back to itunes, go to recently added. Should be there waiting for you.
