If you are using Yahoo Mail, select spam and BLOCK the sender's address
by selecting options.
Next time you see messages in SPAM folder delete all.
Warning : you may delete some other email from people not in your address book.
Or try your Firewall program to block the sender. ( not sure)

if your using yahoo mail. click on options then click on block addresses. then type the domain of the email: [example: abc123@something.com] which in this example "something.com" any email message having the domain name will be blocked from coming in. if you would block it using the whole email address.. you will still continue to receive emails because spam changes the first part of the address example abc123@something.com can change to 123abc@something.com. another thing is make sure that the spam filter is set to immediately delete messages upon receipts. so that once they come in to the email server, they would be deleted right away
