How do i use this whole downloading anime episodes thing with bit torrent?

Ok so i downloaded this Bit Torrent so that i can download my anime episodes but now that ive downloaded an epiode i can only get sound and a snap shot every once in a while! is it because i downloaded my episode from a bad site? and im totaly new to all of thi epiode/vidio downloading so please help me out!

You might not have the codec. Most animes are AVI and you need a codec to play them. Make sure you download that.

And go for a good site! www.animesuki.com is my main source but every now and then i have to go somewhere else (maybe isohunt of something) to find an anime like Ergo Proxy. -Ergo Proxy is good but its hard to find the episodes subbed in english-.

So download the codec, try a better site- Somethings are bad.

Maybe what you download is only preview or you don't have the codec to play it. Go to address that first answer give to you to download KLite Mega Codec Pack ( http://free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack_download.htm ) Almost all codec that you need to play all multimedia files in this world available on this codec pack.

im with chica on the what's a torrent factor so im no longer gonna repeat that section basically factor i'm able to declare is flow to the pirate bay and acquire anime episodes or in case you cant locate any their flow get a youtube acquire factor like DoubleTwist(if works many of the time now and you cant acquire XXX utilising it !) yet its unfastened and basically require a e mail and password if neither of those artwork your out of success buddy.
