Depending on the show, you can find the network webpage like CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, etc and look for a listing of their shows. Or you can go to the Television section of the Internet Movie Datbase and find show which lists all of the episode. Other than that, I'd try your TV guide as noted in previous posts.

look through an old tv guide, most libraries have huge sections of periodicals.
