Last I heard she wasnt; that she was standing by Keith Urban.
Apparently there was a part of the prenup they signed that if he had drug or alcohol addiction problems he gets less/nothing if they do divorce though.
Heh-who knows but them though. :) I hope he gets the help he needs and she does what is right for her; whatever that may be.

Does anyone out there dislike Nicole Kidman but don't know exactly why? She just irritates me all the time. Divorce? I don't think so. I still can't believe Keith married her !!!

The newest Enquirer just said that she's taking fertility drugs to have a baby with him. If they're right then I guess they are happily together for now.
