I think only in certain states like Chicago but honestly look
whats happening withE-Voting the government is having problems with that stuff already and online voting is making the situation worse but thats just me.

I believe you can if you are overseas in the military (i.e in Iraq, Afghanistan). This is the first time this has been allowed. I don't know the details though. I just recently heard this on the news.
