Yes, although he bought them to rescue them from a low-budget European sideshow. He keeps them tastefully displayed in a mini-museum on his Neverland Ranch compound along with other facsinating oddities such as the Necronomicon Ex Mortis (roughly translated "Book of the Dead") and the famous Ark of the Covenant, which is on loan to him from the Scottish Rite chapter of the Freemasons, the modern descendents of the Knights Templar whom excavated the Ark in the late 15th Century and hid it in Scotland where it stayed at Empath Abbey until being transported to Neverland in 1986. Jackson himself sometimes sleeps in it to "take off the edge."

No he doesn't, according to the New York Times...
"Although he made an unsuccessful attempt in 1987 to buy the bones of Joseph Merrick, more famously known as "The Elephant Man," for $1 million, it wasn't until the end of the 1980's that he began to exhibit more baronial tendencies."

I don't know if he owns the Elephant Man's bones, but it wouldn't surprise me, if he did. MJ, has some serious issues, he needs to address.
