If you have asked him to stop bothering you, and he continues with the same sexually directed behavior, then it would constitute sexual harassment. I'd recommend going to your school guidance counselor or dean of discipline and explaining the situation to him or her.
There are basically two types of sexual harassment: Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Content. Quid Pro Quo is defined as something for something. An example would be where a male supervisor promises to promote a young female secretary if she'll have sex with him. Hostile content sexual harassment is where the harasser uses vulgar and sexually explicit language in front of females (or males) after they ask him to stop.
No one should have to endure sexual harassment of either type.
Good Luck!

I'm not sure that this constitutes sexual harrassment since he's only asking you out, actually yes it's unwelcomed advances over and over..why dont you talk to your school counselor or teacher or someone you trust to get the matter resolved, If you are not comfortable and feel like you are being harrassed then you need to report it. good luck

This is considered sexual harrassment, because he referred to you as "sexy." Look him in the eyes, and in a serious voice tell him to leave you alone. Face him completely so he knows you mean business. If he keeps it up, tell a teacher, the principal, etc. You have the basic right to be left alone.

Come on now. This person may be a pain in your butt, harassing he is not. Have you told him you don't want to date him? Or you want to be with somebody else? Tell him you know there is a girl out there for him but you are not the one.

Not really, he's just trying to seem confident, like he knows what he's doing, but of course he doesn't. Just tell him that if he wants to ask a girl out, he should try a different approach.

this could be mild harrasment. IF it gets really bad to where he is touching you then I would report him. Middle School boys are so annoying. I am in 7th grade so I know how they are. I deal with it everyday

There is no one in your school to report abuse. He want some free sex, if you are not consenting report to some one in the school. They will discipline him.
