my sweet 15 is coming in a couple of months and im scared htat i might sweat!!! my back and armpits and what if i get all stinky??? how do i stop myself from loooking icky and disgusting and stinky!!!! HELP PLZ!!!!how do i stop from sweating!!!

don't sweat it 15 is not a biggie, now 16 - 21 nad 30 are, but anyway so what if you sweat or even look yucky , if those around you are your friends and or loved ones , they will not care, relax, it's your birthday, have fun and forget the rest.and if someone does comment or make a fuss , tell them that they are free to leave and not return, because they are not a friend or loved one. do not be shallow, nor judgemental or cave to pier pressure be yourself, and if they don't like it , it's their loss not yours.

ugg..that is so me..I sweat soo much too, even when it's freezing out or when I'm not nervous or anything!! ok what I do is take a long shower in the morning, put on deodorants, which helps sometime, and try to wear shirts that doesn't stick to your body, like nothing tight so that air can flow through your body/arm pits easily. some people tell me to wear perfume as well, but I think it might get even stinkier...

i sweat also, and i bought this stuff at target called certain-dri on the deoderant aisle. Put it on before you go to bed. Works like a charm- no more sweat!

you know they sell anti-perspirant and deodorants, people are suppose to put on those every day .....
