I would say none. Let them read or read to them.
But if you have to choose, I would say Zooboomafoo is great for kids with animals and learning about them.
My son just loves Curious George right now...he's 4. Clifford is always good too. :)

It really depends on the age of the child. For a young child, Bob the Builder, Barney, The Wiggles, Sesame Street, Dora the Explorer, Little Bill, and Blue's Clues.
For slightly order children 5 and up. Disney Channel. That's So Raven, Hannah Montanna, Kim Possible.
For child friendly television, it is absolutely ok for them to watch all these channels.
1)Disney Channel
2) Cartoon Network
3) Nick
4) Nick jr.
If you still don't feel comfortable with watch your children watch, you can always set the parental control on the T.V.

The noggin channel. It's educational and non-violent. But the age group it focuses on is younger children - preschool, kindergarten, young grade school. These shows are on until 6pm I think.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH SESAME STREET AND BETWEEN THE LIONS SESAME STREET HASN'T BEEN ON ALL THESE YEARS FOR NOTHING SO IT MUST BE A GREAT SHOW.
