Cells are dying and multiplying constantly, your question is like asking how many gallons of water are in the Atlantic Ocean..☺

Ahoi Joy!!!

I'm no biologist, but from what i've read you are made up of, between 70 & 80 trillion cells. Dont know the exact amount. I guess everybody's different, especialy when they say, drinking and other drugs kills braincells and stuff.

I do know that your cells change every day(not all at once), your almost a brand new person every year or so. Even the ones that die get replaced, thats how you heal yourself when you cut or burn or do something not to hard on yourself.

I'm sure there are much more interesting sites on the subject, but i hope i helped a bit at least.

A human being is a multicellular eukaryote consisting of an estimated 100 trillion cells. It should be noted that there is no consensus on the actual number of cells in the human body; estimates vary widely.

Trillions...there is no exact number...bigger people have more, smaller people have less and cells are dying and being replaced all the time.

In a grown adult there are 3 trillion. I don't know about children because they grow too fast.
