Article Two of the US Constitution lays out the formal requirements to be elected President of the United States:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
In short, at the time of a President's innauguration, the person elected must be at least age 35, have lived in the United States for at least 14 years and must be a natural born citizen. The definition of a natural born citizen is a bit vague but most people think that it means the President must have been born in the US and not a a naturalized citizen.
Other than the above, there are no formal qualifications to be President. You do not need a college degree.

You only need to be 35 and a natural born American citizen. No college degree is really needed although most presidents have a law degree.

They have already got unlawful of their status, what makes you think of they're going to obey the regulation. 4. Require that all of us has scientific wellness coverage - how can you do this? scientific wellness coverage, as outstanding because it would be to have some, you won't be in a position to make regulations all your individual. And congress won't be in a position to make this regulation reason the form would not supply them the authority. 2. Make police bypass by using a quick preparation each and every a million ½ to 2 years to ensure that they are nicely experienced and cutting-edge with issues- states are sovereign, you haven't any longer have been given the jurisdiction nor the authority to do this the two. Sorry, It appears like my vote would be no.
