I know there are those people, that if they are not happy they don’t want to see anyone else happy. It seems to me the so called Christian conservatives need to think about one thing before they vote about marriage for gay people or not. If you are married you commit to one person, but if there is no marriage you sleep with all you want to. I should know because before I got married (I live in Massachusetts, and have been married for over two years), I slept with a lot of people. Many of whom proclaimed they were ‘straight’ but in fact in secret they slept with me.
So if they vote for gay marriage and allow gays to be married, maybe the gay people won’t sleep so much with so many ‘so called straight people’ because they are allowed to partner with another gay person. Or maybe that is why there is so much opposition to gay marriage, those that oppose it so strongly secretly don’t want gay people to stick to just other gay people. You can’t tell me that ‘straight people’ don’t mess with gay people because I have slept with many ‘so called straight people’!

I don't think people get married to stop each other from sleeping around .I think they get married because they love each other.

Thats an odd take on it, but interesting!
I really think that so called "striaght" people who sleep with gay people will continue to do so regardless of wether or not gays can marry. Marriage for gays is not going to change that people will still be in the closet. Believe me, if we actually get the right to marry, people will still treat us like crap, christian conservatives will still exist and trust that they will fight it more then ever, and those who oppose it will still oppose it. More than before, please believe.
I also doubt that gay people will completely stick to other gay people just because we can marry. Those who sleep with striaght people do so for many reasons, none of which have anything to do with marriage.

Religious Empires created the notion that homosexuality was a sin; Not God, not even the Bible. (The original text of the Bible read "Homosexuality is not to be practiced by a man who has a wife. Why? It would cause disharmony in that culture at that time. According to the Bible and consequently God, there is only one so called "sin" that being disharmony. Why? I think you know the reason.
Now back to the Religious Leaders who make up rules for one primary reason: to build their Empires.
When a man and woman in the congregation gets married the Leader sees it as a chance for his congregation to grow through the offspring of that marriage. If all the members were homosexual, there would be no offspring; no growth.
Religious cults, The Catholic Church, and the Mormon church actually promote big families (even during our overpopulation of the planet). Why? To build their religious empires.

There is nothing wrong in it. We should not be judge mental about others and should not dictate for them based on our experiences and attitudes. So long two adult persons with informed mutual consent do any thing which affect others adversely it is OK. Moreover gay relationship is nothing new but has been in practice for thousands of years in all major civilizations of the world. Only thing it is practiced by less persons than heterosexuals. All medical precautions needed. At least it does not have the risk of unwanted pregnancy and risks involved with its termination.

Overnight in the refrigerator the flavors in my stew married. Should I break it to them that since "marriage" is a term used exclusively for a man and a woman that they can't do that?
Marriage is just a word. There are all kinds of "marriages" in this universe. It is so stupid for a group of people to claim a WORD!!

so my answer to you, is your question to me ^_^
i'll also add that god created the only purpose that will give us personal fulfillment; and homosexuality doesn't follow his plan because it doesn't serve marriages' dual purpose of a sign of love and a means of reproduction; therefore it contradicts life fulfillment--for your convenience.
i'll also add, that i'm terribly sorry for all the stupid christians who think homosexuals should die or anything crazy like that. god loves homosexuals just like he loves heterosexuals, muslims, and japanese businessmen. the same. its just, only the ones that believe it will go to live with god in the end.--for my consciences' sake.

It's like calling a square a triangle. Marriage is between a man and a woman. If a union is made between gays or lesbians, it should be something else. Marriage is something which is defined by the church, and poorly by the state. Because of this, the state shouldn't marry heterosexual couples either, but should unify them through civil unions too. Besides, this will level out the perspective and let heterosexuals understand why some gays and lesbians don't want to have civil unions either.
Oh, and about those trixsters. Just an example of how certain behavior gets you in trouble (to be taken by EVERYONE who gets around).
