Funny thing about that. I always told myself I wouldn't break promises the way others had broken to me, but I found myself sometimes breaking promises, not intentionally. So I could make the comment that yes, people tend to think it's okay to break them to me coz I'm not going to "get mad" about it and oh well, what's it matter anyway, things have to get done...but then i could think how i may have let people down before too.

I try not to take other people's promises too serious. That way I won't be too disappointed if they don't come through with a promise. I've also learned never to ask someone to promise me something. It typically isn't sincere in the end...
