It depends....
A small acne issue isn't that bad and neither is a small weight issue. But a big acne problem can be distracting and a large weight issue can be a turn off.

To me, I hate both, but if I had to choose, I'd have to choose acne. With weight, you can always buy clothes to make you look good, but with the acne, make up looks bad on it and they're just out -n- right disgusting!!!

Most of them hate acne..... one can be sure of reducing weight by working out and healthy eating but this bloody acne is difficult to get rid off inspite of applying various branded creams and soaps..

I would have to say acne. every night before I 'm going to do something the next day, I wake up with one. It sucks!
