Unfortunately, yes, but people who ask or respond in that way are usually chopped off at the knees by others answering the question. I seldom see anyone get away with this kind of remark on this site.
It also depends on the question and on the "category" how many so called jerks answer the question or ask one that fits into that area

Yep. They do it all the time. They even try to suck you into their little dramas, making YOU out to be the jerk, laughing at your pitiful attempts at trying to make them look like an idiot....yada-yada-yada. Hopefully, there's more good done here than bad. <*)))><
